ISOCEM S/X: TECHNOLOGY FOR PRODUCTION OF CELLULAR CONCRETE WITH RECYCLED INERT SUBSTANCES.

The Hi-Tech Isocem S/X technology is based on the concept of exclusive use of recycled inert substances without, therefore, consuming natural resources.
Exploiting to the full the means that modern chemical technology places at our disposal, one can today obtain a vast margin of savings while keeping the maximum of mechanical performance obtainable in building.

In producing cellular concrete with recycled inert substances, the fundamental ingredients are a very powerful new generation foaming agent called Isocem S/X and a fluidifying additive – suitably and effectively dosed – in equilibrium with the other components.
This technology was patented in 2016.

PRODUCING CELLULAR CONCRETE FROM INDUSTRIAL WASTE AND DISCARDED MATERIALS

Compared with the normal formulation for cellular concrete which uses sand as an inert substance, even if in modest quantities, the Hi-Tech Isocem S/X technology is based on the concept of only using wastes or raw material seconds based on silica. Thus, a virtuous circle is established, allowing for saving energy at the same time as recycling waste material.
