IBP-08: MOBILE AND LIGHT MACHINE

IBP-08 is the ideal machine for producing low density cellular concrete without sand. It produces between 10 and 12 cubic metres per hour. equipped with a horizontal spline mixer and helical output pump. It has a capacity of 950 litres. It includes a foam generator, a time lapse water pump, a 180-litre tank positioned above the mixer, electrical control panel with remote control and an air compressor (sold separately).
USE: Plant suitable for transporting and use at the site for lightweight sub-strata.

MIGNON 20CP: AUTOMATIC PLANT FOR MIXING AND PUMPING

Mignon 20CP is an automatic and continuous plant for mixing and pumping cellular concrete. This machine is a valid substitute for the traditional manual plant with drum, guaranteeing production of some 20 cubic metres per hour and ensuring a saving in man-hours and costs of production.
USE: Mobile plant suitable for use on sites with difficult access, with limited spaces for lightweight sub-strata.

C-02: MOBILE MIXING AND PUMPING PLANT WITH LOADS UP TO 28 METRIC TONS

The C-02 plant does not fail to impress for its size and capacity which, at full load, is up to 28 metric tons of concrete with 3000 litres of water. The mobile mixing and pumping plant for cellular concrete ensures excellent production performance with continuous volume up to 35 cubic metres per hour, fully satisfying even demanding and large sites. IBS-08: FIXED PLANT FOR PRODUCTION OF CELLULAR CONCRETE BLOCKS

IBS-08 is a manually loaded, medium sized, plant (which can be automated) designed for producing cellular concrete with average density sand, and which is largely used in the production of cellular concrete blocks. Ideal plant for production of between 7 and 10 cubic metres per hour which nevertheless allows for flexible adjustment of the solution on the demand for blocks increasing.
USE: fixed plant (which can be automated) for the production of cellular concrete blocks.

IBS-15: THE EVOLUTION OF THE TYPE

The IBS-15 plant grew out of the need to supply the market with a product purposefully designed for production of single and twin layered sub-strata. Designed for production of cellular concrete with or without sand and with a density of 400 kg per metre cubed to 1200 kg per metre cubed. Its small dimensions and easy handling makes it a valuable ally for layers and entrepreneurs continuously looking for production quality, speed of execution and optimization of laying costs.

FLUOCEM: AUTOMATIC MACHINE FOR 3 TYPES OF SCREED

Fluocem is an automatic plant able to produce three different types of screed in cellular concrete; self-levelling screed in sand and concrete; screed in cellular concrete without the use of sand; screed in cellular concrete with sand. Its productive flexibility is supported by software with 3 programmes for each specific screed and material. Fluocem has been completely designed and produced in Italy in compliance with EC Standards. Its productivity varies according to the type of screed to be produced, going from 8 metres cubed per hour to 18 metres cubed per hour.
USE: Automatic plant at the service of average to large sites, for the production of cellular concrete of any density and for any application.
