The Low-Density technology allows for producing cellular concrete with a density of between 100 and 200 kg per cubic metre, guaranteeing elevated insulting properties. This characteristic, other than simplifying production, allows for making so called sandwich panels for civil and industrial use, rapidly and economically, as well as panels with insulating cores and as a fill for bricks and blocks as a further insulation contribution. In all the applications of the Low-Density technology, the fluidity of the material is exploited to obtain a rapid and compact implementation which is easily workable.
The High Tech Isocem S/X technology is based on the concept of only using waste or raw material, discards deriving from processing of silicas or from recovered or recycled material as a substitute for sand, giving rise to a virtuous circle which points at eco-sustainability in building.
The Increment D 1300 technology is an innovation in the field of single layer sub-strata in that is allows for obtaining lighter and more resistant screeds. Furthermore, the screed is more insulated acoustically and thermally. Increment D 1300 may be used directly on site by an IBS-15 machine or by a mobile plant such as Fluocem.
Fluoplan is an innovative technology, developed and patented by Isoltech for making fluid screed in sand and concrete. Fluoplan, as against cellular concrete, is an ideal conductor of heat in that it does not contain air. Its specific weight is somewhere between 2100 and 2200 kg per cubic metre. Fluoplan is easy to pump, is self-levelling without sedimeting and does not generate cracks.
