Avec une capacit\u00e9 de production de 7-10 m\u00b3\/heure, cette usine dispose d&rsquo;un syst\u00e8me de chargement manuel, mais peut \u00eatre automatis\u00e9e en cas de besoins de production plus importants.<\/p><p>Indiqu\u00e9 pour des <strong>densit\u00e9s de b\u00e9ton cellulaire allant de 300 \u00e0 1400 quantit\u00e9s constantes, d&rsquo;un r\u00e9servoir suppl\u00e9mentaire de 300 litres, d&rsquo;un tableau \u00e9lectrique et d&rsquo;un compresseur d&rsquo;air de 4HP.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La mousse produite est transf\u00e9r\u00e9e au malaxeur via des tuyaux sp\u00e9cifiques, o\u00f9 elle se combine avec le m\u00e9lange de b\u00e9ton, qui est ensuite cellulaire sans besoin de personnel sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 et sans longues op\u00e9rations de r\u00e9glage avant chaque cycle de production.<\/span><\/p><p><strong>Une fois automatis\u00e9e,
