FLUOCEM: AUTOMATIC MACHINE FOR 3 TYPES OF MASSETS

Fluocem is an automatic system able to produce three different types of cellular cement screeds: self-leveling screeds in sand and cement, cellular cement screeds without the use of sand and cement-based screeds with sand. Its production versatility is supported by a software with 3 programs for each specific screed and material. Fluocem has been designed and manufactured entirely in Italy according to CE regulations. Its productivity varies according to the type of screed to be produced, going from 8 cubic meters / hour to 18 cubic meters / hour.

USE: automatic plant at the service of medium-large size construction sites for the production of cellular concrete of any density and application.

C-02: MOBILE MIXING AND PUMPING SYSTEM WITH LOAD UP TO 280 QUINTALS

The C-02 system certainly does not go unnoticed for dimensions and capacity at full load up to 280 quintals of cement with 3000 liters of water. This mobile cellular mixing and pumping plant ensures excellent production performance with continuous volume up to 35 cubic meters / hour, satisfying even the most demanding and large sites. Its production versatility becomes strategic for companies specialized in the supply and installation of lightened cellular cement.

MIGNON 20CP: AUTOMATIC SYSTEM FOR MIXING AND PUMPING

Mignon 20CP is an automatic and continuous system for mixing and pumping cellular cement. This machine turns out to be a valid substitute for traditional manual tank systems, guaranteeing a production of around 20 cubic meters / hour and ensuring savings in manpower and construction costs.

USE: mobile system suitable for sites that are difficult to access, with limited spaces for lightened substrates.
