The C2018 Isoltech plant can produce cellular concrete continuously in variable amounts, up to 20 m3/h. It utilises exclusive tested, durable, reliable technology that is easy to use. Fluocem is an automatic system able to produce three different types of cellular cement screeds: self-leveling screeds in sand and cement, cellular cement screeds without the use of sand and cement-based screeds with sand. Its production versatility is supported by a software with 3 programs for each specific screed and material. Fluocem has been designed and manufactured entirely in Italy according to CE regulations. Its productivity varies according to the type of screed to be produced, going from 8 cubic meters / hour to 18 cubic meters / hour.
