WE SUPPLY TURNKEY PLANTS FOR THE PRODUCTION OF CELLULAR CONCRETE BLOCKS

For over 10 years on the international market in the supply of cellular concrete blocks plants

1. Preliminary tests
With the order confirmation, we ask our customer some samples of raw materials, which we will test in our laboratories, and that they will be used in the production of cellular concrete.

2. Plant start-up
Once the plant is completed and sent, our technicians reach the customer to accompany him in the delicate start-up phase which consists in the setting on of the same one.

3. Material composition
Once the installation is started, we define the best composition of the mixture, depending on the needs of the customer, the type of material to realize and its raw materials.

4. Analysis of the block quality
At the end of the first production, we analyze the quality of the product block, by matching the density, and the technical-physical properties.

5. After sales support
Isoltech is always available for the customer, helping in achieving its goals through communication strategies and marketing.

6. Partner consulting
We develop long-term partnership relationships by providing constantly updated know-how, business strategies and marketing for the area of expertise.

FAQs on plants for cellular concrete blocks

Is it possible to produce bearing cellular concrete blocks?
YES, our plants allow the production of masonry blocks (Interlock) and bearing ones (3C blocks). The bearing blocks are designed to ensure, in addition to a certain strength, good anti-seismic results.

What is the time to start-up a plant for the production of cellular concrete blocks?
From the order confirmation it is estimated about 90 days to reach its destination. After testing, our technicians will provide assistance at your factory in order to produce the first quality blocks. At the end of the first production, there will be training for the staff in order to produce alone.

I purchased a semiautomatic system but I would like to increase the production. How can I do?
The semi-automatic plant for cellular concrete blocks is a starting point that we suggest in emerging markets, because it regulates, once set during start-up, the quality of material, by handling the formula automatically, but leaving the rest of the production cycle manual. In your case, you can scale the current solution by deciding simply to increase the number of moulds and possibly to automate only certain stages of the production cycle.

The versatility of a plant for Cellular Cement Blocks

 Delocalization
Plant installation, close to markets. We export advanced technology employing in the country of reference, not taking it away.

 Dimensions
Plant for CLC blocks doesn’t need big spaces for the production.

 Convenience
The production is made near the construction site with the removal of the transport costs equal to zero.
